Installation Cost Estimator

Plan the Project Before the Surprises Start

Answer a few questions about your home and property to build a realistic planning estimate for delivery, installation, utilities, site work, permits, and other major project costs.

01

Your Property

Tell us about the home and where it is going.

Calculated perimeter

Location affects delivery, foundation, electric, water, and other pricing because costs vary across Arizona.

Flood zone properties require additional foundation engineering, elevated installation, and special permits. A site assessment will be required.

Check your flood zone status using FEMA's flood map service. Flood status can materially change project cost.

Frost zones require a deeper stem wall and may require an ADOH frost plan review.

Properties above roughly 3,500 ft elevation are commonly treated as frost-zone projects. We can confirm this during property review.

02

Foundation & Delivery

Choose how the home will sit on the property. Delivery is calculated automatically from your region and home type.

Vinyl skirting is the most affordable option in many Valley projects. Block or stem-wall foundations add durability and may be required in colder areas.

Vinyl skirting is not permitted for this selected region. A block perimeter wall or stem wall is required.

Delivery is calculated automatically

Route and distance are built into the estimate.

Final delivery pricing is confirmed after the exact route, access, turning radius, and property conditions are verified.

03

Utilities

Select the services your project needs. You can leave any service unchecked if it is already handled.

Service entrance, meter-to-home connection, grounding, overcurrent protection, code-compliant connections, inspections, and final approval.

Utilities already at the home site usually require only a hookup and connection fee.

When distance is unknown, the estimate uses a conservative run length until the property is reviewed.

Trenching, water line from the source to the home, connections and fittings, plus applicable inspection and approval.

A hauled-water storage system can be estimated for rural properties without municipal water or a usable well.

Connection to an existing sewer or septic system, or installation of a new septic system with tank, drain field, permits, and inspections.

04

Site Work & Extras

Add the project items you want included in the planning estimate.

Heat pump or package AC installation including condenser, line set, whip, pad, heat strips, and shroud.

Pressure-treated wood landings and steps with structural framing, anti-slip decking, fasteners, and support.

Required setup, utility, and site-work permits plus inspection coordination and Certificate of Occupancy support.

Clearing, grading, compaction, drainage shaping, utility locating, and optional demolition or landscaping.

Estimate access from the road to the home using gravel or concrete.

Attached shade awning sized either along the home or to custom dimensions.

05
